New Year Workshop
‘Birthing into the New – Recoding the Womb Template’

We’ll dive deep in this liminal space, using the momentum of new beginnings, and immersing ourselves in a sweet intentional journey to recode the Womb Template.

We’ll use the powerful tool of Conscious Connected Breathing and creating a warm, dark womb cave from which to re-birth into the light.  The re-birthing journey will be for 30 -45 minutes.  Within this ‘dream-time’ space we’ll drop in gentle affirmations and mantras to recode the Womb, over-writing previously held beliefs,  establishing a nourishing, self honouring template from which to create anew.  We’ll ‘whisper in’  our aligned Womb template for the year ahead.
